Thanks to our diverse venue hire spaces, we can cater for theatre style or banquet seating of 320 people to boardroom meetings for 10. With Classic Cuisine as the professional catering company on site, the menu options are endless, along with full event management and conference coordinator service.

SIR TRISTRAM LOUNGE

Newly renovated this modern room is ideal for dinners, cocktail functions or large conferences. With seating for up to 350 in banquet style, the room has a purpose built bar and is accessed by the entrance foyer of the Tauranga Racecourse.

DONCASTER LOUNGE

Perfect for dinners, cocktail functions or work functions the Doncaster Lounge can seat comfortably up to 100 banquet style or host up to 200 in cocktail style. Overlooking the racecourse, this versatile room is sure to impress.. It also has access to an outdoor deck area for wedding ceremony’s.

PUBLIC DINING HALL

This large room on the ground level is a great space for tradeshows and exhibitions or theatre style seating for up to 300. The square shape of the room makes it extremely versatile. It also comes with its own in room dancefloor, so no need to hire one in!

FAIRWAY LOUNGE

Overlooking the Tauranga Racecourse this large room can seat up to 200 theatre style. It also comes with a dance floor area already in the room and has the option, for a small fee, of a breakout room attached. The attached Owens Lounge adds approximately 100sqm, has an entrance through the Grand Stand, air conditioning and private terrace. Overlooking the racecourse the outdoor area is great for BBQs.
